After a remarkable 300 columns, David Goodsell has retired from the Molecule of the Month series.

Janet Iwasa will be continuing the series for PDB-101, beginning with the January 2025 article on Assembly Line Polyketide Synthases.

David has been an amazing contributor to PDB-101, from establishing the Molecule of the Month to sharing his incredible Molecular Landscapes to creating an incredible collection of articles that help foster an Understanding of PDB Data.

RCSB PDB is grateful for his years of mentoring and collaboration, and wish him the most enjoyable retirement.

RCSB PDB is excited to continue the Molecule of the Month journey with Janet, and for the amazing molecular stories to come.
